Accepted Answer

Landlords with one building, residents’ committees, and property-management companies running many buildings. If you collect rent, split utility bills or handle maintenance requests, it is built for you.

Accepted Answer

Yes — every new society gets a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is required to start.

Accepted Answer

Your data is kept. Access to the dashboard pauses and you are taken to the subscription page, where you can choose a plan and pay to continue exactly where you left off.

Accepted Answer

Most societies are collecting their first rent within a day: create your society, add towers, floors and apartments, onboard owners and tenants, then generate bills.

Absolutely. Add multiple towers, floors and apartments and manage them all from one dashboard.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Keep visitor logs, issue QR gate passes and raise SOS alerts so every entry to your premises is accounted for.

Question 16
